but where was the runners body because thats what matters. it could be argued that the throw was forced to go wide because the runner was inside the basepath.

They said they called him out because his left foot was three inches inside the line before he touched the plate
I had no idea they could call you out if your left foot was inside the line at any point. I am not sure I have ever seen that called in that manner. I always assumed it had to be a pretty egregious thing, like not within the basepath.

I know I don’t watch every single SEC game at all times (so I’m sure some of it is warranted) but good grief every single post in these threads anymore is just people consistently bitching about the umpires. How do y’all not get tired of it

Arkansas is starting Cody Adcock. He’s probably about our 4th or 5th option out of the pen usually.

More like our struggling pitchers ain’t struggling so much anymore. Hurd has elite stuff and his issues have been in his head. I don’t remember seeing him hit 98 before and he was hitting 95>97 on the regular. No shame in that loss for the small cocks.

If you go back to like pages 22-24 both fanbases noted events that happened that were favorable to them. The fans in the game thread (not the clowns spamming the main board) were really unbiased in their assessments of the umpires today imo. Obviously big calls against them are going to catch their attention more but still
