They've got it. Ben was saying the umps went from averaging 10-12 calls incorrect as balls to the inverse, 10-12 incorrect calls as strikes.
I believe it was a 6% miss rate.

And he also said that 6% miss rate is horrible, it would get MLB umps fired. Umps are too afraid of their scores.
