I figured Stroud's size would make him a higher pick. Not surprised Will Anderson is sitting at #3.
It would not surprise me if Will Anderson isn't the first pick. Or at least the team with the first pick trades back a spot or something.

After how terrible the last draft was for QB's, the first pick is extremely likely to be a QB. Stroud, probably
