I love Zeus and UGA’s RB room top to bottom is arguably the best in the country. But if I have to pick one back, I’d take Tank over Zeus. Dude seems to wake up every morning and choose violence.

He’s really damn good. As usual the SEC is stacked at running back. I’m not saying he won’t be one of the best, but based off of proven ability and accomplishments aTm’s guy needs to be on there over Robinson from bama

I'm not sure B Rob holds the #1 slot all season.
Jase McClellan will press hard. K Rob is back after opt out and clearly spent some time in the gym.
If those two can pick up blocks, we may see a RB committee or one of the latter overtake the #1 role outright

Leaving Kevin Harris off the list shows your ignorance of SEC football.

Kevin Harris and the back from Aggie land are both insane. You could argue they’re both deserving of being top 5 but as someone else already stated the SEC is loaded at running back. This was my 5

This was my 5
In the SEC last year,, Harris was #2 in yards, #3 in yards per rush, #2 in rush TD, and had the longest single rush last year.
You have a bad top 5.

He did this on a 2 win team.

Perhaps a Top 10 RB's list would be more in order than 5.

Are you serious? Only time you didn't see consistency out of him was when he was injured. That's it.

How would you rank the top 5 backs then?

Tank is the best back in the SEC to me.

I mean, going off body of work, the list would include players like Harris, Spiller, Tank, Rodriguez, and White.

Alabama and Georgia may have a problem where none of their tailbacks has post-season reward level stats but they're each loaded. It is possible that BRob on Alabama may not end up being the leading rusher even though he will likely start.

Because that was one of two games his coach actually cared about.
