When will Bammers realize that Less is off in Kansas with Dorothy and the witch?

And the new guy has finished 3rd in his division twice, has never scored a point on Bama in Tiger Stadium, and lost to Troy at home.

What a downfall for Les.

He went from competing in the BCS NCG to coaching Kansas- probably the worst P5 job in the country save Rutgers.

CNS lost to UAB in his first season here, a much worse team than Troy was. The days of your only permanent opponent that could come close to matching your talent level being coached by Elmer Fudd are over. No wonder Saban was so upset when we canned that dumbass

If we had hired even an average coach after Saban left in 2004 we would've been in Bama's position for the last 15 years: Gumps were still recovering from sanctions when Saban got there in 2007

Then hired a former NFL head coach to replace a guy with no experience

Isn't Les Miles' the winningest coach in LSU history?

I think thats the guy's point.

Miles has been very meh outside of LSU yet look at the success he had in Baton Rouge.

Charlie McClendon is. But almost anyone could've done better than Piles with the juggernaut Saban left in 2005. I remember in 2007 it took one of Les' many dumb luck (emphasis on dumb) miracles to beat Saban's first Bama team, which was still recovering from sanctions. I knew we were screwed at that point

Ehhh... pretty sure he took over an abysmal OSU program and ended up being Big 12 coach of the year at one point and even beat a Top 5 OU team twice. The guy he took over for at Kansas had won 5 total games in 4 years.

Did that LSU '19 "O" resemble in any way shape or form anything ever seen before in baton rouge? That is the tiger "O" for the foreseeable future. Get use to it. No looking back.

saban lost to UAB his first year in baton rouge with a much more talented team than EdO inherited. Didn't lil nicky also lose to ULM his first season at the capstone?
