As the competition level increased, so did LSU's strength and margin of victory. Bama won in a year no one remembers. LSU was disappointing, and that hurts memory. But I literally didn't even see half the games. It wasn't...full. in any sense.
It was a great Bama team. But you're coping too hard suggesting it was a better team than 2019 LSU. At best we'll never know because nothing was comparable. NFL players didn't play. College players didn't play. It was just going through the motions. It's not a detraction to say it's just not the same.

I never ignored anything. The OP like many others who keep starting these threads talk about LSU and their great schedule they played in 2019. Even that joke of an article tried to justify in LSU's favor Georgia Southern and Utah State as quality wins.
Lets face it you had a great playoff run and NC. One of the best I have seen but to talk about the season while not mentioning 7 of your 12 victories were a joke is being very selected in regards to stats.
So no coping here here just stating facts as the OP likes to say.

I’d take 2019 LSU to win that game on a neutral field like 6/10 times just because of the edge at QB. 2019 LSU took a little longer to gel than 2020 Alabama but by the end of the two respective seasons nobody was going to consistently stop either offense.

Did I ever say we played a great schedule? Please find where I stated this. All I did was respond to a poster that stated LSU had so many great wins that season. Even an article to justify LSU's 2019 season of being great included 2 of the wins I listed.
