Miss State, UK, Tenn, Mizzou, LSU, and Ole Miss weren’t enough for you? LMAO

Miss at, ole miss, and kentucky win bowl games against ranked ooc opponents. Missouri's was cancelled but considering how the other games went they probably win too.

This argument = If you compare 2 teams from different years, with COMPLETELY different circumstances surrounding each year, based on the DIFFERENT teams they played in those COMPLETELY different seasons, and also don't use ALL of the data.... then bama is better.

Keep on reaching gumps

I just enjoy college football and the numbers that come with. I don’t hate or love any SEC teams other than Georgia and Florida

Bama played teams with opt outs, no fan bases, and covid. Lsu played full strength teams and the teams had a home field advantage.

You posting thread after thread about Alabama says otherwise. You started last night and have continued into today.

This may be a reflection of why UGA hasn’t won since 1980.

That’s because 2020 Alabama is the greatest team in CFB history. As a CFB nerd, why wouldn’t I be excited?

This is not true at all. Several of LSU's SEC opponents were missing players. Alabama had three of the front seven out. Florida was missing their best two d-lineman. And I think Georgia had twelve missing for the SEC championship game. (Or atleast that was how many was announced in the pregame show that day.)

Lol. Wut? 2019 LSU and 2020 bama did not play under the same conditions and that's what people are comparing. There were not mass opt outs in 2019 leaving backups to be thrown in the fire every week.

That is not what I meant dipshit. You mentioned all the bullshite teams had to deal with for the 2020 season. I pointed out Alabama had to deal with the same conditions... during the 2020 season

Nice stat breakdown. Definitely two of the best offenses I have ever seen and there will be good debates for some time, I'm sure. To be honest, I think Bama's offense from the two previous years was up there too though.

They are extremely comparable stat-wise, but LSU did beat more top 25 teams and higher ranked offenses and defenses in the final poll.

Final Top 25 Wins

Bama beat:
#2, #4, #5, #7 and #13.

LSU beat:
#2, #4, #6, #7, #8, #14 and #25

Top 25 Offenses Faced:

Bama beat #11, #13 and #14

LSU beat #2, #4, #6 and #17

Top 25 Defenses Faced:

Bama beat #14 and #18

LSU beat #1, #3, #7, #13 and #17.

The top 5 defenses LSU beat each gave up less than the highest-ranked defense Bama faced.

Bama was the more dominant team in the regular season. Bama outscored opponents 49-16 on average while LSU outscored opponents 48-26.

LSU was more dominant in the post-season.

LSU outscored opponents 142-63 for an average 26-point margin of victory while Bama outscored opponents 134-84 for an average 16-point margin of victory.

No team came closer than 17 points of LSU in the post-season. Florida came within 6 points of Bama.

No team came closer than 17 points in the playoff for either team.

LSU outscored opponents 105-53 for a 52 ppg average and a 26-point margin of victory in the playoffs while Bama outscored opponents 83-38 in the playoff for a 22-point margin of victory.

In the end, they were two great teams who now hold honorable distinctions. Bama holds the distinction of being the only team to go 11-0 against SEC teams in one year and LSU still has the record of winning the most difficult title competition-wise beating 7 top 25 teams including five 11+ win teams and three 12+ win teams (the most ever).

Now do it again, but only the stats vs teams without depleted rosters due to opt outs, COVID protocols, schedule changes, etc...

Dude your efforts although much are weak , most of your stats are a Joke ..

Your a UGA fan ?? Naaaa .. more like a agitator who likes to stir the pot.

Don't you have a appointment at Starbucks .. to sip iced coffee and spend 5 hours on tweeter with the goal to agitate others and spread your propaganda.

Get With Real Numbers you Clown !!

Your favor team - The 2020 Gumps Can't touch the 2019 Fightin' Tigers of LSU!!

P.S. - The Numbers aren't there!!!

Alabama played a MUCH weaker schedule plus they played starters very late into blowout games to pad stats and feed the midgets ego.
