About 4 names I've heard mentioned that will compete for starting spots right away.
CF Dominic Fletcher- 10th best HS outfielder and 2nd team all-american according to Perfect Game. Should start immediately and could be our best defensive player already.
OF/IF Jordan McFarland- 3rd team all-american by PG. Could play a lot of different positions.
IF Jared Gates- Was going to start at 1B but broke his hand and is out until SEC play
but Van Horn has raved about the JUCO transfer. Was a 2nd team JC all-american.
RHP Trevor Stephan- Bigger guy (6-5, 225) that will likely be our Sunday starter. 18th round pick by the Red Sox last year.

If you have to call yourself elite or prominent then you probably aren't either. Is there such a thing as an elite message board poster anyway?

Elite posting is not a hobby or a pastime. It is a way of life iyam.
Take this thread, for example. OP Farmer Fran started a pretty crappy one that would have likely maxed out at four or five replies, because college baseball is obsolete and uninteresting.
Enter user David Ricky Rogers with some help from Triple Daves and boom. OP now has a cute little thread that might even reach three pages despite the boring premise.
And this guy has the audacity to fire insults in my direction
