I just don't see the point of ever putting Richt on the "contenders" list again. If he couldn't do it this year, it's never going to happen.
So I agree with your list, save UGA
And I have no problem flipping USCe and UF -- I just think UF is going to make significant improvements offensively this spring and will be a much improved program.

I really don't see another team outside of Texas A&M, Alabama, Oregon, Ohio State, and Stanford making a legitimate run. Should make for another lackluster year of college football.

To say A&M is not a contender - or less of a contender - than any SEC team but Bama is weak at best. Ags decimated teams in their last six games with the exception of Bama.
I'm not claiming we'll win it, but I'd say the Ags should be mentioned in the same breath as Stanford, Oregon, OSU and ND.
Not to mention UGA, USC, LSU and UF.
