Neither will Bama. Specifically with recruits in the panhandle.

Meh, not VT again.

Teams I'd prefer for that game

-Irish

Be glad they aren't on the schedule next year. Y'all could possibly lose Barron, Dre, Lester, and Menzie this year. Menzie and Barron for sure. The Irish are about to have a serious passing attack.

Bama is losing a ton of experience after next year, on both sides.

IMO ND is on their way to being a perennial top 5 team again.

I know, that's what I am saying. The Iron Bowl will be interesting in 2012. We'll both be equally talented, but our players should be a little more experienced. 'Bama losing possibly their whole back 8 would be huge for us and the rest of the SEC.

I agree. They could very well be back up in the top 5 this season.

CJ will be a one-man wrecking crew in 2012, but the defense will be down overall.

ND will never be back at the top unless they loosen up the academic requirements for players like they did when Dr Lou was there. Plain and simple. Mark this post and read it often.

IT

WILL

NOT

HAPPEN.

What Katpin said. As for Miami's staff...wtf. Johnson's staff were unknowns like Golden's and even when Johnson left, Erickson and later on Butch won.

Btw, Bama doesn't need the panhandle for recruiting, but UF does. If anything Bama depends more on Georgia for talent.

They were in the top 10, but not top 3. Big difference.

I disagree - not much difference in top 10 talent. But IMO, there's not much difference in 4* & 5* talent either.

The difference is in the coaching, not the players recruited, IMO.

I bet Logan Thomas will be the Cam Newton of the ACC this year. The guy is 6-6, 245pounds, and has a very experienced offense returning to work with. Just wait he will take tech back to the BCS again this year.

^^ This could be true. That's why I think they will be SICK this year.

Due to size? Maybe. Due to talent? lol, no. By the way, Rivals has him at 6'6 230. And experience? Hardly. He'll have a sophomore at running back and 2 freshman on the offensive line. The line is where it all comes together. Not to mention, this Thomas guy is a redshirt freshman. Rivals also has 6 freshman projected to start on defense. If that holds true, no way they go to a BCS bowl.

Don't worry. They should be playing UGA in the next 2 years.

They will slowly remove Bama's presence from that area. It's obvious when you look at the rankings what FSU's reemergence is doing to Bama.

Jesus. You really want to believe this don't you? Alabama is not dependent on the Florida Panhandle to survive.

TTsTowel you are a retard. If you would rely on college football live and not unreliable rivals you would know this

From what I've heard, I'd look for Tennessee vs. FSU to be the other game in 2013 or one of the games in 2014. Tennessee has @Oregon in 2013 and @OU in 2014, so some shuffling might have to be done.
