Exposed in what? I thought he was solid all around...maybe pass coverage?
People thought he was Troy Polamalu type with great awareness. That's why he was ranked so high and higher than Barron.
Even when he's injured, Polamalu makes more plays than Lester did this year...

Considering Montgomery is a Soph, he can take a hard look, but he ain't going anywhere.

Redshirt sophomore, he can leave...

He's a redshirt sophomore. Never know where he is on some boards. I see him returning. He comes off as one of the players that won't leave without a degree.

Locks to leave in my book

Why laugh? He hasn't had a productive season, his brother will be on the team next year, and his draft stock has dropped this year.
It makes sense and would be smart for him to come back.

I think he laughed because Mt. Alshon has been a non factor for much of the season.

And that's directly related to QB and OL issues. And the fact that he's been double covered all season.
Posted on 12/2/11 at 3:14 pm to CNB
He was double covered last year. Randle was quadruple covered and still caught TD's vs AU .
He needs to diet better in the off season.

Dude caught a TD pass last Saturday with a broken hand. If you watched any of our games you'd see every long pass thrown to Alshon is overthrown. Any other pass to Alshon has been a screen pass.
We've been scared to throw it downfield all season and that's not Alshon's fault.

Well that's all fine and dandy, but he still needs to diet better.
I think he does and is why I say LSU vs USCe in Atlanta next year.

Doesn't look fat to me.

Took him all season to get back into game shape
Posted on 12/2/11 at 3:27 pm to GoCrazyAuburn
Please disprove what I said about our QB play.
Posted on 12/2/11 at 3:30 pm to CNB
He looks fine now, but better offseason dieting would allow him more time working on splitting double teams, adjusting to the FB to allow the QB more time, and not studying the Krispy Kreme menu

I would imagine the big 2 losing these underclassmen:
Bama:
Dre Kirkpatrick
Barrett Jones
Trent Richardson
Dont'a Higtower
LSU:
Claiborne
Randle
(I think Montgomery sticks around for 1 more)

Not trying to. Just a joke. You have to admit he did look "fat" in those preseason pics.
