That fatal crash was a single car accident where the driver was drunk.
And that driver was not a member of the UGA football team.
But go ahead, try to lay blame on football players from a school you don't like instead.
You can keep repeating this bullshite in every thread if you want. She was drag racing a UGA player. Just say it's unacceptable and something needs to be done about it instead of digging in your heels.

it's to the point Georgia diehards will do anything to have the players back on every single reckless driving arrest. It's quite funny to watch.

1st offense: turn in your Charger for a Prius
2nd offense: turn in the Prius for a mint 1974 AMC pacer.
That’d stop almost anyone.

Do you see it as an issue of a young person driving a fast car fast or a terrible, morally bankrupt POS?

Denying reality.

The reality is UGA has 3 racing citations and 5 arrests of any kind in the last two off-seasons (two incidents count in both categories). That includes Jalen Carter's citation/arrest, even though he wasn't on the team anymore.
We're not denying that's what happened. We simply don't view those numbers as problematic as they're not particularly high compared to other SEC teams.
The problem is you aren't looking at the numbers. You're trying to spin a "narrative". You're just annoyed we're pointing out the numbers don't match the narrative.

The AD staff member that UGA provided the vehicle to?

Who was contractually NOT allowed to drive the vehicle outside of business hours, nor drive while drunk.
The reality of the court cases trying to get money out of various people from that accident seems to be that the only person who's in any way responsible is the driver, Chandler Lecroy.
Because she was not following UGA policy or carrying out any assigned task from the athletic department, UGA looks like they have no financial responsibility. Because it was a single car accident, Jalen Carter has no legal responsibility. It was a drunken driver at 3-times the legal limit who crashed her car while no other vehicles were nearby.
It was kind of obvious from the beginning because her parents never sued anyone. There was nobody to sue. 100% of the responsibility was on her.
The reality is that it was a tragedy that two people died due to one of them driving while drunk. But that's exactly what it was. Not a "UGA culture issue" or "death due to racing". It was deaths due to drunk driving of a non UGA football player.
