"Hot bats"? Those bats were used by every college baseball team in the country. Why was LSU the only team to hit for that record?

Still don’t change the fact that those home runs are considered in the hot bat era.

LSU’s 1997 NCs remain the only team to hit at least 1 HR in every game played in a season. This year’s Vols won’t be able to claim that. Nice try, though.

Kinda like how away teams never seem to hit many HRs in our “T ball stadium “?

Another factor no one ever mentions is the way our park is situated next to the river, the wind almost always blows in.
