Meh, kinda both.
Arkansas has looked sloppy, but they clearly have a good deal of talent. They are still not going to beat Bama.
Georgia is...not a very good team.

I think Georgia is just bad. That's not taking anything away from Arkansas. The Razorbacks have a good team this year, but Georgia sucks. They have no defense, their offense can't sustain drives, etc. I think Georgia is going to have a losing season this year.

Arky looks better than they did last year. The total lack of a run game will probably cost them a couple of times though.
UGA is better than this. I don't know what their deal is. They are the national champs at moving the ball 30 or 40 yards and bogging down.

Nah, y'all will handle 'em. They don't have the talent on offense and their defense is as suspect as it was last year.
It may be close as both teams find an identity, but I don't see AU having too much difficulty.
