I think most Alabama fans would probably say that is not a great record. Especially in light of how the season ended.

Auburn has had a losing record for 5 seasons in a row and the players you do have now are transferring.

It is in the NFL - which is essentially what major college football has become.

Well then, allow me.
In the past 15 seasons Auburn has had 1 season with 11 or more wins.
In the past 15 seasons Auburn has had 14 seasons with 4 or more losses.
In the past 15 seasons Auburn has had 7 seasons with 6 or more losses, including 5 seven loss seasons and one with 9 losses.
Auburn’s overall record the past 15 seasons was 106-85.
Auburn’s winning percentage the past 15 seasons was 55%.

Two of the losses were in post season play. So it's not like we had an 8-4 regular season or 7-6 like LSU. 10-2 regular season record is pretty good, but not going to be acceptable as the ceiling long term.

Auburn record is smack city piss, youd kill to go 8-4. Last 8+ win season was 2019, yuck suck piss smack

Hey bama… Y’all lost 27% of the games you showed up for during the 2025 season. How does the bama record compare to the other playoff teams?
I'm certainly no fan of Alabama, but to try and disrespect a playoff team that won 11 games when your own team hasn't had a winning season in 6 years is a wild take.

Being an undeserving team selected for postseason play has consequences.
In this case it led to not just losses, but embarrassing performances which will be remembered by the CFP committee for years to come.

38-3

In an NFL style college football world it is.
Went 1-1 against two teams that beat us as well.
Regardless, that Indiana game showed how far we've fallen.
First and last games of the year were abortions

They deserved to be in over JMU and Tulane. So I'm not sure who (in the SEC) "deserved" to be in over them. But I'm sure Bama haters can spin a good tale of how other teams with the same or worse regular season record should have been.
