I just explained it to you. You're on a dry line, that's why it's "Texas" weather, storms pop up quickly because the line is just west of you.

A few showers just went through Austin again.
Hopefully once ya'll start, you won't have any delays.
At least here there hasn't been any thunder/lightning but these pockets may be picking up steam as they head west to ya'll.
