#UGA CB Shaq Wiggins posted $500 bond for speeding and $1500 for driving on a suspended licence. Both are misdemeanors.

Well, duh. It's the off-season. The time when all Georgia players drive around with suspended licenses and walk around with open containers.
This way, our walk-ons can get some first team reps in our preparation for our season opener against Clemson.
