I am born and raised UF then went to OM.

That’s why I’ve asked a few times here about his situation.

From chatting with UF fans they don’t know for sure. Yet they have the expectation that Van will be eligible to play immediately.

I also believe that’s why he is doing it cause why else would he just to sit out then to only have one year to play.

And he will be an instant contributor to their program. They are weak at WR minus Cleveland. And looks as though Calloway is trying to go pro.

So I think it’s good for Van.

Same

I still go for the Gators as long as they aren't playin us. Sounds like it's a good spot for him, if he can play right away. I'm not a huge fan of him tho.

Same. I was at the game in the Swamp when we upset them. Think it was my sophomore year. Was there in Gator stuff cause I didn’t think I had converted fully yet. I realized I was officially an OM fan when I was more excited that we win than upset that UF had lost.

Lol I had a similar experience my sophomore year, but it came at a Baseball game in Swayze vs Florida. The gators were number one in the country, and we took 2/3 I think. I just remember that first game. We hit a home run and it was the coolest thing I've ever experienced at a baseball game. Of course I got showered in beer, everyone in the student section was amped and ragin. This is the home run from the game on YouTube a and I can pause it and see myself. Definitely solidified me bein a Reb over a gator.

Then, my first football game as an alum was in the Swamp, a year and half ago, with Swag. We got stomped, and I got tix from our neighbors in Jax, florida alumns of course. I went with my brother, who was in Florida gear, and I had on my Ole Miss shite. I was the only OM fan in the entire section. This was also my first time in the Swamp as an away fan. I'd been to the Swamp over 20 times as a Gator fan in my life, and always loved it. Well I definetly understand when other teams fans say they hate the Swamp. It was the most miserable game I'd ever gone to. It was loud, I was getting shite on by fans, and I just had a miserable time it's crazy how things end up.

Just saw that a Five Star WR from Ohio St is transferring to UF. He will be eligible to play immediately. Wonder how Van feels about that.

I agree screw all of them. Hope the NCAA says they all have to sit out.

Speaks makes it official for the draft. I hope it works out for him, but I sure wonder if he's even close to ready.

Speaks isn’t ready IMO. He needs to grow up (ie the whole shoplifting issue 2 years ago and some of his on-field antics this year). Plus from a technical standpoint he needs to learn to set the edge better and not rush right past his target like Big Bob. Bet he is a practice squad type player right now.

I don't think he can make a team. He has a lot of room to grow. If he doesn't maybe he can do what Jason Jones did.

I wish him the best in the NFL. Anobody see Mike Hilton ball out yesterday for Pittsburgh? Makes me wonder what happened to Golsen.

I think Senquez has battled injuries since joining the NFL.

Rod Taylor was the one caught shoplifting. I'm not aware of Speaks being in any legal trouble

That’s right, but I think he was benched/demoted at one point last year for “violating teams rules.

Wasn't Speaks asleep at the wheel, in his parked vehicle, drunk, with the car running?

Think that's right. I know he has had some issue over the last year or so, but it's hard to remember when we, as a whole, have had the NCAA butt-fricking us for the last 4 years. I stopped giving a shite about players and dui's and pot a looooong time ago.
