Matt Luke being our head coach, reduced scholarships and the bowl ban is what hurt us. Not vacated wins. Nobody cares about that

You’re the one saying it has an impact. It’s your job to provide that evidence. Every example you have posted was a program that got hammered by sanctions, bowl bans and reduced scholarships. The vacated wins has no measurable impact without those other penalties being attached to them.

That’s the whole point of the TRO.
It would be illegal for the NCAA to retroactively punish ole miss for something that happened during the TRO period.

Can you name 1 program that only got vacated wins as a punishment for an infraction? Usually those punishments are handed down together. Unless you’re a big money donor, you really can’t say which of those factors had a greater impact on donation decisions. Most fans don’t stop going to games because of just one of those punishments, but because how the combination of those punishments negatively impacted the moral surrounding the program.
