Covington Pilsner isnt bad

Pontchartrain Pilsner? Yeah, it's pretty good. I just finished up a six pack on Monday. It is a very easy drinking beer.

If I'm gonna strictly drink local, New Orleans beer, I'll stick to Abita Spring IPA (when in season), Abita Jockamo IPA, Abita Amber (my Mardi Gras beer), NOLA Hopitoulas, and NOLA Mechahopzilla.

I'm honestly not a big beer person.

Memphis getting local brewery's has helped though. TN Brewworks, Wiseacre, Memphis Made, and Ghost River are solid.

I mostly stick to liquor though.

Finally tried 1792. Just sort of average.

Dos Equis is pretty good, especially the Amber. However, I got a bit burned out on it during the summer of 2013 because B Room used to sell them for $2 during happy hour.

Try a Redneck (or Mexican) Mimosa: XX Lager and OJ. Great hangover helper.

Parish Brewing Co is pretty good, their Ghost in the Machine is solid if you're into IPA's

Will do.

I'm a predictable drinker, depending on the season.

January: bourbon
February: bourbon, sans Mardi Gras
March: bourbon, sans St. Patrick's day
April: wbourbon, spring IPAs
May: beer
June: beer
July: beer
August: beer
September: beer, bourbon
October: bourbon
November: bourbon
December: bourbon

Throughout the entire year, I enjoy a bloody mary.

Parish brewery is good. I like Canebrake a lot and their South Coast is pretty good. Their Envie IPA was pretty meh, however.

You've got beer season mixed up for gin season.

I do bourbon in the cold, beer when it's hot.

ETA: Scotch is never out of season.

That and a quality cigar.

Gin is tasty. I love a gin martini.

I don't know if y'all saw my threads on the OT Lounge during Mardi Gras, but I was posting wasted off of my arse due to $1.50 martinis from Mr. B's Bistro in the French Quarter

I was banned for a week or so for calling out Chicken to fight me IRL
