Kentucky would have to strike out on a lot of candidates to hire Beard. We need to worry about whatever job becomes available after Kentucky hires another schools coach.

UNC-Greensboro power forward Mikeal Brown-Jones will transfer to Ole Miss.

He was named first-team All-Southern Conference this season after averaging 18.9 points and 7.5 rebounds per game. He is a graduate transfer.

Belmont power forward Malik Dia has committed.

Dia averaged 16.9 points per game for the Bruins in 2023-2024. He scored in double figures 30 times for Belmont, including 12 times of 20 points or more. The 6-foot-9 sophomore originally began his career at Vanderbilt.

Dre Davis just committed and we have one of the best transfer classes in the country already. Still got a few guys we’re going hard after also. Beard is building a really good team next year.
