Does the 2 year bowl ban include the self imposed ban for 2017?

As in 2018 would be the 2nd banned year and then we're done?

Are they? It doesn't seem that bad to me. I don't follow as closely as I once did though so I'm sure I'm off base.

Were we anticipating lighter sanctions?

Those penalties are awful.

This basically confirms our fears that the COI meeting was basically a formality.

how do you figure? Sounds like basically our self imposed penalties but a year bowl ban extra... am I missing something? Could have been a lot worst imo.

People upset about this were living in a fantasy land where the COI decided we were innocent.

Someone on twitter mentioned we could appeal the extra bowl ban like penn state did. Any chance of that?

By the time the appeal process was finished, the damage would be done. No point.

Exactly. Truthfully, the damage of the penalties has already been done. Killed the last two recruiting classes and teams on the field.

What players do we lose due to the extra bowl ban? Thoughts?

not get a show cause ? Kangaroo court for sure.
