Like I said in my previous post, we needed some commits at LB and OL and we got two. Today was a good day.

I really like Kevontae' Ruggs as a sleeper this year.

I remember when I thought Shawn the Brawn was the class sleeper and was gonna break out. Dude went into hibernation.

To be fair, outside of having an offer at Duke which is impressive from an intellect standpoint, Shawn the Brawn's only impressive offers other than us were Wisconsin and State. Ruggs' offer/interest lineup is better if for no other reason that Alabama kinda wants him

ETA: Anyone know what the deal with losing Deuntra Hyman was?

The truth is that he has a chronic medical issue and thus why he missed a good portion of the season. It’s best for him and his family if he stays close to home and near his physicians.

We still have 5 DL spots in this class. Would we add 6 if Fabien Lovett wants in? What about Dorian Gerald?

How much room do we have now?

The 3 plus Hawkins, Strong, Battle, Rush, Ezzard, Lovett, Gerald and Foucher?

At 18 total this morning, including JaKorey Hawkins. I believe Hawkins stays in this class and we add 5-6 more.

I think Strong is in, plus 1/2 of the WRs, 1 OL, 1 LB, 1 S

We're allegedly very much in the mix for 4* 6'5" WR Tommy Bush out of Schertz, TX. I like really tall receivers

If Bama has room for him, he's theirs

Anybody read the Bama boards and see what they are saying? I mean they offered him today.

Even though he has never played a college down the fact that Bama has offered him really does somewhat validate this staff’s evaluation skills and ability to identify under the radar talent.

It is sort of a moral victory that OM was his first SEC offer. Bama fans seem to think that Moody only has a spot if a few of their current commits sign elsewhere. If they don't have room then it's between OM and Arkansas.

247 seems to think Arkansas may have gained an advantage over us even before the Bama offer, but that he will go to Bama if there's room
