Biggest game in at least 60 years. Sold out stadium. Brought back the navy lids and jerseys. Navy endzones. Stripe out in the stands. Only one thing left to do tomorrow and that’s LTBPD.

Lane has tweeted 4 times today about our game and the other playoff games. Meanwhile Pete hasn’t tweeted in 4 days. And the only thing he has tweeted since being named the coach on December 2nd is 8 shark emojis for various recruiting wins or coaching hires. I love him already.

First one was a graphic subtweeting us about how he has the best offenses since helmet comms were allowed, second one was “congratulating” Pete with a Trinidad flag, other ones were about the Oregon game.

Why didn’t we name Charlie HC? We knew Pete would stay due to his ties to Oxford and seems like Trinidad is more tied to Charlie than Lane. This would have allowed more player retainment , I believe, on both sides of the ball..any inside info other than we weren’t completely sure Charlie was calling the plays at all times..

Fans would have not back a Charlie HC like Pete.. Pete as always been great with fan base. Plus pete has more ties to other coaches and getting a better staff together

I am not ready for a head coach that is younger than me and still looks even younger 
. Also, major difference between calling plays and running a program. Pete has seen a Saban program from the inside which has to be an asset

LSU going to pay Kevin smith $1M to be a running back coach. Their level of desperation to overpay for our coaching staff is somewhat humbling. Saban could just offer our coaches comparable pay years ago and they'd leave. LSU is having to make pretty much every coach leaving ole miss the highest at his position. Love our staff, but wow.

Overpaying is come back to bite them.. But hey they are LSWHO where we don't care about how spend the money cause look at how many ex coaches we are still paying
