They need to just let all this stuff go and move on.

It's not that simple. If the accusations are not dropped from the appeal, the owner of Rebel Rags will be disassociated from Ole Miss and his business is built on selling Ole Miss stuff.

I think Rebel Rags should pursue the case as far as necessary. However, it's not going to affect the NCAA appeal process. If you watched Godfrey's documentary or read the committee's transcripts from Covington, it was basically just a dog and pony show to rubber stamp the violations.

There is no real oversight at the NCAA. They essentially can choose to do whatever they please despite any evidence. Basically, it's their club and they can make up the rules as they go to suit whatever outcome they desire.

You're right, it won't impact the FNCAA appeal process for Ole Miss' case. But, I don't care how long it takes, I want the whole Leo Lewis story to come out. When it's shown just how gutter trash the FNCAA is, especially in its handling of OM, maybe it'll force them to back off of us a bit in the future. A fool's dream I know, but it's mine.

If it is found to be false in a court of law, I would say that opens up Ole Miss to be able to sue the NCAA for the millions lost and penalties levied from the whole thing.

I'm not going to hold my breath that Ole Miss has both the competence and the testicular fortitude to pursue litigation.

Well, Bjork is still exploring his options. He's our Hernando DeSoto. Explorer for life.
