Marshall's ft% has really fallen off this year. Last year those were automatic

We lost arguably our two best rebounders ever I was pretty confident our rebounding wasn't going to be the same

Our biggest issue is fouling teams 25 times per game

Mercer will win their conference, they've been a pretty good basketball team for years. I had a feeling we were going to lose to them when I saw them on our schedule.

Yet we returned two veterans as well, we shouldn't be struggling to rebound. Against Mercer, I'm not sure I understand

I can't believe anyone expected a good team this year. We lost our bigs. Re-upped with Andy KeNIT. Our cokehead SG is back.
Last year was awesome but if you remove the red and blue goggles, you see that our basketball program is a fricking circus.

Amen sora. I have also come to realize that AK is a mediocre at best coach. It's like he just throws the players out there and tells them to score.

this year =/= last year, bro. Anyone who says we won't struggle this year is delusional. We lost 2 out of the top 5 rebounders in the SEC.
Never said I was Pro-AK last season....I just said, based on the stats at hand, you people were fricking retarded and that we were a strong team SEC-wise.
We won the SEC Tourny and a couple of NCAA Tourny games.
This year, we're hot garbage unless our perimeter shooting goes lights out.

You're correct....but we did win a game in the tourny...so there's that.
And if you re-read that thread, you'd see where I predicted us to be rebuilding for at least 2 years after losing Buck and Murph.
