Don’t knee jerk and say stupid shite like “promote Golding or Judge permanently!”.
Coaches will leave, players will leave too. You don’t pull another Bjork and hire Matt Luke because a few players threatened to leave (and still did anyway).

Personally I think you let Judge take over as interim for the playoffs (like everyone has suggested) and spend this next month trying to find your guy. If you don’t find him I suppose you could let Judge play out the 26 season, but that would be down the list of choices. Not even sure who we should target now that all the supposed top candidates are gone.
