I watched that video, and I'm not gonna lie, it was cool seeing Freeze talk to Moncrief for the first time completely unaware of the player he'd become. frick him though for torching us like he did.

I wouldn't blame him if he were to leave. Fla is a top job and I think he could dominate there. I think he could do similar things at OM but he is still a young, up-and-coming coach. Should he really limit himself to OM if his ceiling is much higher? It would suck, but I wouldn't be mad at the guy.

That said, I don't see him leaving

He is not leaving,,,,go against everything he stands for. Now, negotiating the beast deal for him and his coaches is to be expected from any coach.

Mullen must not value his own life if he is going to fire Townsend who is extremely deep up in the Pittsburgh trap game.

P.S. Is it weird to any other landmass fans that Florida is going after Freeze and not Mullen?

Mullen was the mastermind behind the operation during one of Florida's best runs in school history. Just seems like something is off.

Yes, without a magician like Merlin, CUM never would be able to succeed at OSU with a backup QB.

After all the things he has said the last three years about this being his home, how he wants to retire here, how this isn't a stop along the way, how this is a destination job for him? Yeah. He should.

I would hate him 100x more than I ever did Tuberville.

Maybe Florida doesn't want a head coach with a twitch like the Penguin from the new hit show, Gotham? Are there no good chiropractors in the Golden Triangle or what?

According to the CL, they are still in negotiations.

quote:

OXFORD -- Ole Miss and Hugh Freeze remain in contract negotiations Monday afternoon.

The sides are making progress, a source told the Clarion-Ledger, and there seems to be increased optimism that Freeze will stay at the school.

There is not a signed contract, though, contrary to a Memphis radio report.

SBNation.com reported Sunday night that Freeze was considering a job offer from Florida that would pay him $4.2 to 4.3 million yearly. Ole Miss is expected to be able to get within the range of $4 million to retain Freeze on a new four-year contract, the maximum under state law

Well that's not reassuring. So they're saying they really thought he was leaving?

My question is, if we win say 11 games next year and win the west. Of course more teams come calling. Are we doing this all over again? At what point would you personally feel enough is enough?

Don't be stupid. Dental work isn't that expensive. You would know this is you have ever had any. But you can't afford it, you Alabama count

If Mississippi would change the fricking law, we might not have to.
