I hope someone saved the D.E.N.N.I.S. System Mike Bianco meme. Sounds like we are going to need it.

We've already seen a downturn in attendance and the atmosphere suffering as a result. I love Bianco and everything he has done in building the program, but if we continue on this downward trajectory, it'll really set the program back and the administration cannot allow it. Just have Mike "retire" and/or take an admin position.

The numbers don't reflect that. Last year we have our highest total attendance by a very wide margin, and our third highest average attendance ever (9700), surpassed only slightly by 2022 and 2023 (10,000).

The total attendance of 360,000 is twice what it was 20 years ago (in the 160k to 170k range).

The game day experience and atmosphere are top notch.

I get the frustration with Mike. But last year's team was one of his least talented teams in a long time. (some valid criticism there) and we were one clutch hit away from being in a position to boat race Duke in a Super and go to Omaha.

From a pure coaching standpoint, that was one of his better performances.

We are way more loaded at the plate and on the mound this year. So if he lays another egg in June, then it's time to start talking about who's next.

The team looks pretty good this year. It certainly looks better than the last few years. We have a better roster than last season.

Thanks for correcting me. Just from watching, attendance looked down as I hadn't looked up the numbers. Thanks.

Aren't the numbers skewed by season ticket holders that don't attend? Do we still use that fuzzy math to count?

Yea, we had over 10k tickets sold this past weekend and I can guarantee they didn't have that in the stands. They go by tickets sold in some cases and other will say actual attendance.

It should be butts in the stands everywhere. Period.
