Any word on Tony playing?

No official word, but he's not playing. Won't make the trip tomorrow.

What are the chances Tony plays Saturday? Or are we saving him for after the bye?

Also, the way I understand this situation: Tony could have had the big surgery in late Sept. And he would have been ready for the NFL combine in the spring. But, he chose to have the small surgery, which means he has a chance to come back this year and play. Then, he'll have the big surgery in January, and come back for his senior year.

So, the man is putting off the NFL for an entire year, just so he can come back and play a handful of games at the end of his junior year? Is so, that tells me something about this young man.

Hope he doesn't play this week. That would give him basically 3 more weeks and by then either he's ready for this season, or he needs to sit out the remainder and come on back and play his senior year.

^Well good and good, then. One of my biggest takeaways from the Auburn game while watching is there seemed to be no new injuries.

I'd like to see TC play sparingly this week to get game speed reps, and then have two weeks for any swelling or discomfort to go down until the final run

Then again of course, if we don't need him, then keep him on the sideline
