Unless you work for the university in compliance or for the NCAA then nobody really knows what's going on truthfully. There's optimism that he'll play but that's more because who is on the case and not any inside information.

If he keeps doing what he's doing and doesn't frick up off the field for the next two years, I'll never question Freeze again about giving a troubled player a chance. If he could make Jeff Scott a team player, he can pretty well do it to anyone.

Jeff Scott, Randal Mackey, Senquez Golson....hell even Moncrief. They all were on the verge of giving up and he turned them around. That impressed me so much.
I agree with you. If Kelly makes it through this season and next with us without imploding then Freeze can pull in whatever miscreants he wants from now on.

The Jeff Scott and Senquez Golson turn arounds were incredible. If Chad Kelly can stay out of trouble it will be the biggest thing he has ever done.

I don't know how chad kelly does it but he is literally perfect for this offense. Sometimes instead of running the full qb read he will pull it out before the RB even goes through if there is an open receiver and get it to him fast.

My only worry for Kelly is the offseason between this year and next year.
I feel he loves the game of football and as long as he is playing then he will stay out of trouble. But when the offseason hits and he gets bored. That's my fear
