Oh yea. For anyone who doesn't remembers why the bet started, engie enlightened us that they pushed out Linton and Jay out for much better players. Funny how in the end, Mullen still going hard on Linton.

Whose class would be better. I think, at the time of the bet, MSU was in the Top 5 and Ole Miss was not in the top 50.

If they flip leo and we lose Drew is pretty much the only way our point total will fall below theirs.

No. It's our best 20 against their best 20. I made the bet when it wasn't certain that we would even sign 20 so I gave him a chance to give me a life long ban if I lose and only a 6 month ban for him if I won, given that however many kids we signed, say it was only 18, it would be our total 18 against states best 18. But he turned that down and stuck with the original life long ban bet of top 20 kids for the both of us.
It started when we flipped Jay and Armani. Engie said they pushed them out for better players. Given how much less room we had in our class, it would mean that state would have to have an astronomically better class than ours for us to have room with 16-22 spots while they didn't with over 30 spots open. So if they signed 32 and we signed 20 it was our total 20 against their best 20 out of 32. You would just use the class calculator, but there is no need for that given our 18 is a good bit better than their 27 already
