how is young doing? i saw that he was doing pretty well but how well

he came in 3rd in the quarterfinals in his heat but got 8th in the semifinals so he didnt move on.

I think it would be spring practice when he could join. but he has to become eligible first, be offered and choose to come to ole miss

Become eligible this fall, enroll in the spring and start working out with the team. That's best case scenario.

Seriously, I'm actually curious. Ole Miss has four or five gold medals all time (I know, pretty paltry). What does State have? Any idea?

No idea to be honest.
I do know the guy 2nd in the decathlon used to go to State. I'm not sure on the foreign athletes and not trying to get into an Olympic medal pissing match.

I am VERY happy for her winning as a Mississippian, I was proud for her last night. She spoke well about winning the gold for her State and hometown of Gulfport.

Not sure if true but a lot of Tennessee fans are saying that he called the coaches last night to let them know he'll be picking them on Friday...

It's not all lost if he does commit to UT. Their recruits are our recruits when Dooley is canned. If he's not canned it's more than likely due to UT beating State, so there's always a silver lining
