Even though he was found not guilty.... The media pressure behind this just made him unhirable and a social pariah... His life is beyond ruined

I didn't chose a "side" either. Was Martin profiled? Probably. Was it murder or manslaughter? Probably not.
It looked like a witch hunt in the media from the beginning until the trial actually started - then many kinda backed down and tuned it down quite a bit. I figured then he would not be found guilty.

The part of Florida I live in the zoning sucks, so you could be in a neighborhood of 300k-600k houses and right across the street is a trailer park. Right down the road is the ghetto part of this country town. I'm just glad I'm not in Birmingham any more.

The whole situation was fricked up, and I didn't have enough invested emotionally to make an honest decision what I thought about it.
The media frenzy turned me off to the whole thing.

The main part that pissed me off was the term white Hispanic people kept using at the beginning of all this. I've never heard that before.

I'm extremely upset right now, but the thought of committing an act of violence against an innocent white person is just insane to me. The fact is that simple acts of random violence by other black males is what lead to this in the first place

Not a white person. If he's white because he's half white, then so is every other mixed race person.
