They are what they are, an average of posts per day but yea you're right. It doesn't account for dormant time which was my first year and a half. Not sure how you'd want to measure that without a shite ton of work I'm not doing for a fricking internet forum.

No. I spent two years managing the personnel strength of a 3,000 person organization. I got really fricking good at doing certain things in excel.
