Besides being delicious in a bowl of cereal, they also make a solid ice cream topping to boot. So if loving it makes me gay, I guess I’m a fig then. ¯\_(••)_/¯

Steel cut oats is the best cereal for adults. Lots of protein and both soluble and insoluble fiber. No sugar, fat or salt to muck up your body.
