I was horrified of being buried alive as a kid 
Sitting in a small box while slowly being suffocated; would have to pull some crazy Kill Bill shite to get out of it.

This. one of my best friend's older brother was in a car accident and the car caught fire, he couldn't get the seat belt off because it was lodged. When the seat belt finally burned off of him he was able to get out. He was in excruciating pain for days until he finally passed away and didn't have enough skin to graft. He might have been an a-hole but no one deserves to die like that.
