I don't want to take this off on a tangent, but there have been 2 who were definitely not awful. One a Republican, one a Democrat (and I've never voted for a Democrat). I still have a bone to pick with Clinton, but he was better than anybody who followed.

Eisenhower, JFK and Reagan are the only good Presidents we've had since the 50s.
The rest sucked.
LBJ was a racist bigot, and a corrupt POS.
Carter was awful. Good intentions, but in way over his head.
Nixon was a corrupt liar.
Ford just sucked.
H.W. was ok, but nothing special.
Clinton was a habitual liar, womanizer, and crook. The good economy was largely due to the internet boom more than his policies.
Bush was terrible. Nice guy with good intentions, but terrible policies.
Obama is in over his head, not qualified for the job, and a habitual liar with a corrupt administration.

Bush was bad, don't get me wrong, but his invasion of Iraq and the Patriot Act were his 2 major flaws. Everything else wasn't that bad about him.
The housing crash wasn't his fault, even though many blame him. I distinctly remember him warning about Freddie and Fannie Mac. That was something that happened that he had little control over.
We have to realize that Congress and the bureaucracies in Washington our the main problem this country has, not the President. The President can promote and encourage certain legislation, but all our shitty policies come from Congress. That's why our recent President's are partially so bad...same people running Congress under each administration. Until we decide to get past the "my congressman is great, everyone else's sucks" attitude, nothing will change.
The Harry Reids, Pelosi, Boehner, McCain, Graham, etc types have to go.

Agreed on the first 2. He was certainly not a worse womanizer than JFK, though, who you've called "good". They're ALL liars, almost by definition. No idea what you mean on "crook" unless it's the Whitewater thing. My memory may be failing but I thought that was mostly about his wife, not him.

Eh. Maybe. But no other administration has come close to a balanced budget, and his was actually better than balanced. If G.W. had a surplus he'd have found a way to spend it.

I've been thinking they're about the same, with Obama being slightly worse with how much he's fricked up healthcare reform. But this is a great and definitive point on why Obama is worse.
