I used to love visiting Denver, then I moved out here, and honestly love going back visiting the southern cities of Nashville and New Orleans

Love San Francisco.

Would go back in a heartbeat but could never live there.

Could spend hours and hours looking out over the bay. Awesome!

I get very confused how people say this.

Maybe I’m just different but if it’s a city I like I could definitely live there.

Let’s use Columbia for example. Great college town, but when i go back, its for a game and head back. Could never live there and I only go there for one purpose a football game

going to come in with this one as I said in another one.

New Orleans is overrated AF and in the summer is unbearable and I hate getting invited to weddings/bachelor parties etc down there.

Ive been enough times and know enough people that i never go to Bourbon st. Its a different New Orleans when you stay away from tourist stuff. Most like any city

So have I. (i mean if you count 6+ as "enough") best friend growing up went to Tulane.

I visited him mostly in the summer of college though as he stayed down there and I found the weather unbearable.

August's in New Orleans is not my thing.

It's a very large city with a ton to do while also being extremely clean and modern.

Don't drive in Washington, DC unless you are a masochist and you can't find someone to flog you while dressed as Big Bird. DC and the surrounding area is a nightmare to drive in. If you have to go somewhere in DC by car hire a driver to take you there.

495 is the only highway where I've ever been stuck in traffic in the middle of the night that didn't involve a wreck. When it comes to traffic, DC has few peers. It is a really fun city though.

Put me down for Chicago though, especially in late summer/early fall. Chicago is awesome.

My wife and I like:

French Quarter in New Orleans. But, only for two days at a time, during the winter months.

NYC - Manhattan. Have only been there once, but want to go back.

Miami South Beach - We stay at the Blue Moon Hotel. My wife likes this better than me, but it is damn fun. We are going there in two weeks.

I bought a steel guitar in New Orleans at a pawn shop. The guy said it had a lot of history around town. It still sounds good. It has a lot of signatures/autographs/initials ...but I dont see DSJ

Are you talking about a Dobro or a sit down pedal steel? I’ve never had either, but would like a resonator one day.

San Diego
Edinburgh
Bastrop
Pelahatchie

Not in any particular order...

Although I'd love some sushi from The Joint or some chowder from Point Loma Seafood right about now.
