Yep, pour it over block of cream cheese and eat with a ritz. I also mix it with ketchup to make a bbq sauce.

Yes! The cream cheese thing is delicious. Never tried the ketchup deal, but I will.

Also, no cocktail sauce in the OP?
Cocktail and tartar sauce both on an oyster loaf (1st choice) or shrimp loaf (2nd) is amazing.
