What is Chicken’s succession plan?

Personally, I plan to still be browsing TD and the Rant in 40,50, even 60 years from now.
Not to be insensitive, but what’s Chicken’s succession plan as he continues to age?
I don’t know exactly how old he is, but given TD was founded in 2002, I think we can assume that Chicken and the rest of the admin team all have some grey hairs at this point, if they have hair at all.
Given Louisiana’s life expectancy and obesity rates, you can’t help but wonder what his plan is for TD as he continues to age. Is there a Chicken Jr. who will take over? Will it be absorbed by another site? Will it entirely cease to exist?
Chicken, I don’t know exactly what your plan is, but make sure to protect your legacy. Some of us are invested for the long haul
