I would use a 5 iron for that range unless downwind/downhill, then a 6.

Not trying to sound like an "OTB mini-tour player" but for that distance (190-200) either a full 6 or a choked down 5.

I played on a D2 golf team and used to be a scratch golfer. I'm tall (6'4") and generate a lot of club head speed. I rarely find people that can consistently out drive me.
I use a 6 iron from about 190. I do deloft my irons so I get a little extra distance.
And to the guy that said if you're a scratch golfer you should get paid. Pros are honestly at another level. Stewart Cink was a very good friend of mine when I was little and I kept up with him growing up. When he was 15 he won the Florence, AL CC invitational by shooting a 59 on the last round.
I've shot low 60s on a 71 par course but pros look at a course differently. I feel very confident in saying that I could match most on the physical part but mental is completely different.

This distance was always a 5 iron for me until I started having back issues.
I have a Taylor Made Hybrid 4 that I'm more comfortable with now from 190-210. With this club I don't feel like I have to bear down as much.

I'd probably choke down on a 6 iron to hit it 190. Probably normal grip to hit it 195-200 yds.
