I agree with Louisiana, but there is no way a state with the city of Charleston in it should be in the bottom ten. It makes me question the entire list.

Yep, it has some major issues. But I have been to almost every state. And anyone who thinks that any state In the breadbasket of this country is better than Louisiana is a liar. There is nothing to do there, and their food is awful. The northeast is pretty, but their people are shitty. Same goes for the west coast. I guess if you didn’t have to eat, Louisiana would be shite. But if food is considered, then Louisiana is top ten.

You left off #48 Mississippi.
I'm sorry but there is no way that Mississippi is not dead last in the Southeast. There is no rational explanation for it being ahead of Alabama or Louisiana.
And furthermore, before seeing the list I would have told you that following my travels to nearly every state, there are no two worse states that West Virginia and New Mexico.... those ranked #47 and #46, respectively.
They are a poor as the South yet further from the coast and lacking any charm. At least the South has charm.
And yes, I've been to Santa Fe. The mountains are pretty but the place is overrated both in terms of food and art. The rest of the state is a giant wasteland too.
