Off subject but I didn’t feel like starting another thread. I have been sleeping like a baby since time change. I slept 9 hours last night! Am I part bear? Roaaaawwwwwrrrr... maybe so???

We actually sleep better when it is a bit chilly. Maybe it is some long lost evolutionary advantage from the Ice Ages... "Hmm, its cold AF out there. I'll stay asleep and conserve energy as much as possible."
Of course some people take it to the extreme. Ben Franklin would move to a new bed every time he woke up during the evening.
