That's potentially 10 more degrees than Tuscaloosa has

You're the dumbest Auburn fan besides Phan and all his alters.

And Pike Road has like 8000 people now.

What did Bama lose?

What did Auburn win?

Ask LSU fans about 9-6. The smart ones will say that it ruined their program. Same for Auburn and 26-14...

Did Auburn win anything else after this supposed Iron Bowl "win"?

Did Bama lose anything else after this supposed Iron Bowl "loss?

Maybe it will sink in...

Strange melt. Since this is an SEC board I assume you just want us to talk about Tuscaloosa and Auburn. We've always all agreed that Auburn is one of the more lily-white, homogenous, and yes - boring - areas in the state. Not sure what you're getting at here?

Those smart folks live in Madison.

Horrible traffic but good property values. You are correct that the phd's and masters(engineers, rocket scientist, etfc...) professionals who work on Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville mostly live in the county and not the city of Huntsville.(Of course some do, but not the majority) All kinds of subdivisions going up on what used to be cotton fields. I bet Madison County is the most educated county in Alabama. Huntsville is not growing as fast as the county towns are now. So we have are the more educated living in the newer suburbs in the county, and the blue collar/restaurant workers/ less required education professions, and skilled laborers, as well as unskilled laborers, tend to live in Huntsville now. Dragging us down to 15 on this list.

" Only places with 5,000 residents or more are included in the list."

Meadowbrook is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Shelby County, Alabama, United States. At the 2010 census the population was 8,769.

Thanks to AU that loss helped the team reset and win the NC. It was a great loss.

I am only in Madison for the schools for my kids. Daughter is 19 now...NO PICS... and in college. Son is a sophomore. As soon as he graduates we are moving out to the county.

So what I gather from this thread........

Some people are surprised at some of the places on the list.

A lot of bama fans don't care about edumacation. What is most important......did the school we cheer for win?
