I think we should put them all on an island, and they won't be able to reproduce, and the gay gene will die.

I can't tell if this is a real response or not.

frick yes.

Just because someone is religious or a homophobe does not give them the right to dictate what anyone else does. The same goes for abortion.

People pick and choose the shite they want to believe in the Bible, which is stupid. If you want to listen to the Bible, great. But don't cherry pick the things you like amid the things you dislike.

I may not understand and agree with being gay, but I support basic human rights. People who are against gay rights just don't like gay people and want to stick it to them. Some admit it, some don't.

I concur.
I have several gay friends, a couple of them are very close friends, and I do not agree with gay marriage. We have discussions about it. We're still friends.

I think its wrong, and in modern culture way overblown and in your face, but I support their right to be gay. 'Merica.

Completely different issues. Gay marriage between consenting adults does no direct physical harm.

They can be gay if they wanna be. I disagree heartily with the lifestyle, but I disagree with a lot of ways that people live, not just gay people. Folks tend to have this knee-jerk reaction when they hear you don't support gay marriage that you're discriminatory or some such follyrot. Not true. Like Missy, I have several close gay friends that I interact with daily. My not supporting the legalization of gay marriage does not affect how I treat them as human beings.
