Im jealous. Great music, booming economy, Ronald Reagan...I spent my 20s in a decade of economic depression, SJWs, social media, Barack Obama.

At least I can say I was born in the best decade ever!

No Internet.

And quit being a sniveling, whining pussy.

Things were better without the internet in some ways.

Miami Vice
Hair Metal
70's street rods were cheap and available.. real hot rods, not momma's bought toy with NoS on it.
New Wave
Punk Rock
Reagan and the feeling of America being brought out of a dark age.
Brat pack movies
Back to the future movies
Ghostbusters
ET
The Goonies
Friday the 13th
Atari
Arcades
Tron
Reebok high tops
Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure
Married with Children
Real, music videos and music video channels
Space shuttle launches begin for the first time
Smoking pits at high school
CD's introduced
Escape from NY
Panama Jack hats
Banana Republic
Valley girls

And that's just a few basic gnarly and bodacious things off the top of my head.

no. I'm just tired of all the hipster millennials whining about how much "this current generation sucks" or how "I should've lived in a different era."

Why don't you go out and try to actually make the world a better place, instead of bitching about it all the time.

How old are you? You seem younger than I thought you were.

Grew up in the 80's. Graduated HS and college in the 90's. 90's were better

What?

I'm telling you to quit being a pansy about the way things are now and yearning for the past like some old codger. What in the world made you think I cared about religion here?

You're stupid

I was born in '76, so I was young, but I still enjoyed the 80s. If I could go back I would. It was a great time.
