They Olympics lost its luster years ago. It's a corrupt organization, and the exclusion policies aren't principled at all.
That said, I like to see US athletes win, and there are countries around the world I've followed for a while.
It may not be just sports, but you can still enjoy the sports component. More than that is taking yourself way too seriously.
