I hope the 2nd Louisville tornado misses Starkville. My GF lives at the Pointe on the east side of town...looks like it could get close to there.

like big stuff, its hard to fathom

It really is but when these storms come in a cluster it's almost like they pass the debris from one tornado to the next. It's insane.

I'm in the southern part of town so that's the hope but man. That's scary. I know tons of people on the northern side of town.

I hope it does too man. Tell anyone who is in Starkville to go to the Union Dawg House. They have a safe place for people to get.

I feel like the Union would have too many windows. I'd try to get underground if I could if I was back at State.

Rdgeland/Madison, MS is going to be a close call. Looks like it just went north of I-20 near Bolton.

There's an alert on the Mississippi State website saying the Union Dawg House has some places for commuters to get. In 2011 I went to the Ole Miss student union during those storms and they let people go to the underground area. I'm sure State has something similar.

Where are you seeing this? And what part of Madison are you in? I live near the new high school.
