They have a formula they've been using for years. Solar flares/sun spots play a major role.

Wish I lived somewhere like that right now. It’s mid 90s plus humidity and lows of low 70s for us.

Oh, it's still high 80s and high humidity during the day. The mornings do cool down quite a bit here.
